Use the form below to register as an Individual Player, a Twosome, or a Foursome. If you wish to register as a Twosome or Foursome, you do not need to have the names of all players in your group to register now. You can put “TBD” in the spaces of any players’ names you do not have. When you do have the names of the rest of your party, please email them to Rob Wolfson.

You can pay for your registration now via secure PayPal transaction or you can select to mail a check. Many sponsorship levels include tournament registration. If tournament registration is included in your sponsorship, no additional payment is necessary.
